If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The product must be:

• in its original form

• unused

• without disabilities

• with full equipment

The return costs are at the customer's expense, except in cases of error on our part (wrong product sent, defect, damage during transportation).

After receiving and reviewing the returned product, the amount will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made, within 7 business days.

Products that are not subject to return:

• partially used products

• products with damaged packaging

• items intentionally damaged
